Return & Cancellation Policy

At MoveX, our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you can return the product according to the following terms.

1. Return Deadline You can return a product within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

2. Return Conditions For a return to be accepted:

The product must be unused and in perfect condition.
It must be accompanied by the proof of purchase (receipt/invoice).
It must be in its original packaging along with any tags or accessories.
Products that have been worn or used cannot be returned.

3. Return Process To initiate a return:

You will receive instructions and a return code (where required).
Ship the product back to us.

4. Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs (unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent).

5. Defective or Incorrect Products If you receive a defective or incorrect product:

We cover all shipping and re-shipping costs.
You can choose between a replacement or a full refund.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and send photos for immediate resolution.

6. Refunds After we receive and inspect the product:

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
The refund is issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the error was on our part).

7. Order Cancellation

Cancellation is possible before the order is shipped.
If the order has already been handed over to the courier, it is considered a return, and the above return terms apply.

8. Exceptions Returns are not accepted for:

Products on special offers/final sale (if specified on the site).
Gift cards (if applicable).
